I think you should make a sketch before drawing the final piece, to make sure everything looks correct and to check if some parts are bigger than others.

I like the character, the poses have a lot of movement, and those tentacles / monsters are so great and cool, you've gotten pretty creative with that.

Oh wow, amazing dude. I love this shading, is so good. It almost looks like 3D.

The shading is very good, and the muscles are pretty well done, but i find the pose a little bit strange.
